Energy efficiency and construction...
The “ Eco-construction Méditerranée” section will showcase the technologies, innovations and applications in the field of construction.
Sustainable construction and improved energy efficiency – renewable energies are an integral consideration of modern construction techniques, bringing new solutions to energy issues. The “Energy efficiency and construction” section will showcase the technologies, innovations and applications in the field of construction.
The Languedoc-Roussillon is a pioneer region in this sector activity thanks to a well established and strong industrial activity and the DERBI (Development of Renewable Energy in Business and Industry) business cluster which is recognized and approved by public bodies and groups together companies, research bodies, local authorities and universities.
“The optimisation of energy use in buildings, be they new or old, inevitably calls for a combination of energy efficiency measures and the use of renewable sources of energy. Given the current overriding concerns about energy, it is obvious that La Fédération Française du Bâtiment (the French Construction Federation) was bound to take part in and lend its backing to an event such as ENERGAÏA.” More +
Christian BAFFY,
Chairman - Fédération Française du Bâtiment
“CAPEB’s involvement in this trade exhibition bears witness to the commitment of all the members of the building industry towards reaching sustainable development. The members of the building trades are proud to be contributing once again to the success of ENERGAÏA.” More +
Jean LARDIN,
Chairman - CAPEB
"Sincere congratulations to the organisers for this first ENERGAÏA event which was a resounding success. Building professionals from all over France were present..." More +
Patrick ISSALY,
Chairman - CAPEB Languedoc Roussillon
