The ENERGAÏA 2008 Innovation Trophy, organised by the Languedoc-Roussillon Region and Transferts LR, will reward innovating products or services in the field of renewable energies: solar thermal and solar photovoltaic energy, wind and wood energy, geothermal… presented by companies exhibiting in ENERGAÏA 2008.

The Innovation Trophy 2008 is exclusively open to exhibiting companies.

The "Eco Maires" partners of ENERGAÏA 2008

Urban development, municipal buildings, construction and rehabilitation programs... Cities and towns are in heart of Renewable Energies and Energy saving applications as it is the Townhalls who deliver planning permissions, and manage the global energy consumption politic.

For all these reasons It was obvious for the French “Eco Maires” (ecological mayors) association to join forces with ENERGAÏA and become one of the major active supporter of the event, by occupying a booth, inviting their members to participate to the exhibition and international conferences and to create a special “ENERGAÏA / Eco Maires Award”.

The “Eco Maires” association aims to promote environment, and sustainable development and regroups over 700 towns and 1200 communities of towns.

Together with the already running support of the Assembly of European Regions (260 European Regional authorities for 33 countries), ENERGAÏA is the event in France and Europe who brings solutions to the territories authorities and managers, help them to discover the latest innovations and to exchange best practices.
