The Eco Maires
“The energy aspect is a crucial part of any local project, and it is part of our mandate to participate in events that foster debate and new encounters such as the Energaïa exhibition.”
Guy GEOFFROY, President

A broad European dimension…

Exhibitors and visitors from numerous other European countries in search of commercial and technology partnerships.

The exhibition is publicised by its European partner institutions, such as FEDARENE (European Federation of Regional Energy and Environment Agencies) and the Covenant of Mayors (association of European mayors in favour of sustainable development/a European Commission initiative).

Focus on the Mediterranean countries…

Thanks to Montpellier’s geographical situation in the Mediterranean basin, Energaïa has succeeded in positioning itself as a hub of exchange between France, the rest of Europe and the countries of the Machrek and the Maghreb.

Our partnerships with MEDENER, IMEDER and numerous other Mediterranean-based trade organisations, the media plan relayed to the Middle East by our Lebanon office, and the Mediterranean Solar Plan, to name just a few examples, are contributing to Energaïa’s spreading reputation in these countries and attracting numerous delegations from the trade and government institutions.

MEDENER, an association of the national energy conservation agencies of the Mediterranean countries, supports Energaïa

IMEDER, the Mediterranean Institute for Renewable Energies, brings together energy players and project from both sides of the Mediterranean with the aim of developing the use of renewable energies.
